- Once a digital product has been successfully delivered, no requests for refunds or returns will be accepted under any circumstances.
- If the ordered product is unavailable in our stock or we are unable to deliver it within the specified time, an emergency refund will be applicable. Otherwise, the ordered product can be exchanged for any other available product.
- If a customer selects the wrong product after following all our policies, an emergency refund will not be applicable. In this case, the customer can exchange the product for another service of equal value or apply for a regular refund.
- If the customer receives the wrong product, it can be exchanged at no additional cost. However, if the product has been used or modified in any way, it will not be eligible for return or refund.
- If a customer is eligible for a refund, they must apply within 72 hours of placing the order. If the product has already been delivered, no refund requests will be accepted.
- Regular refunds will be processed within 2 to 3 business days. In the case of an emergency refund, 5% of the product value will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 1 hours of the request. Any bank or payment system fees/charges must be borne by the customer.
